RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds.

Monthly/Quartrly Subscriptions

We issue refunds for subscriptions within 30 days of the original purchase of the product in the following cases:

  1. Double billing
  2. If you are unable to access our products on the website consistently AND have contacted us for assistance but have not received a response within 3 business days.

Otherwise, no refund is offered once a monthly payment has been processed.

Annual Subscriptions

We issue refunds for subscriptions at any time, on a pro-rata basis, in the following cases:

  1. You wish to cancel and have more than 4 months remain on the subscription. No refunds will be issued if the subscription is in its last quarter.
  2. Double billing
  3. If you are unable to access our products on the website consistently AND have contacted us for assistance but have not received a response within 3 business days.
