Check the “My subscriptions” tab to see your payment method. If unable to change or cancel your payment method here, please contact support.
If your payment continues to fail, please ensure that a valid credit card is set to default in the Payment Methods tab above. Once your intended card is set to default, please remove any expired cards. If you are unable to do the above, please reach out to support for assistance.Â
