Metals: A Good & Heartening (If Unsustainable) Week

Metals have had a crazy week. Last week it wasn’t clear if gold would hold above US$1620 per oz. Today it closed at US$1709 per oz. Silver gained even more, percentage-wise, over the week, rising from US$18.83 per oz. on Nov 3 to US$21.20 today.
